Stacey Solomon opened up about her “extreme anxiety” after starting her day with a 4:30 a.m. workout.
The 33-year-old TV star was intent on filming the new series of Sort Your Life Out, but planned to do a quick workout beforehand.
Stacey took her legion of social media followers into her morning routine, revealing why she’s feeling so insecure.
“I woke up very early (4:30 am) and was very anxious,” she said.
“Yesterday I got my period and it was the first time in over a year, so it came out right away!
“Everyone was asleep, so today I decided to get ready for work. I forced myself to the gym, made lunch, washed my hair, and got ready to go…”

Rallying her fans, Stacey added, “To those who are having a bad day, you are amazing and everything is temporary and you have this.
“When I first woke up, after doing my hair and makeup, I had cracks!”
Stacey gave birth to her second daughter, Belle, in February with husband Joe Swash.
In April, the mother of five returned to work after taking a job at L’Oréal and flew to Paris.
And this weekend, after a string of celebrations to celebrate son Rex’s fourth birthday, Stacey once again went out to shoot the new series of Sort Your Life Out.
Filming for the BBC series continues this week, and Stacey’s video on Wednesday gave fans an insight into her day.
After doing cardio and lifting weights in the garden at dawn, she showered indoors.
Stacey then packed a healthy lunch and filmed the hair and makeup team getting to work.
The Loose Women star then completed a montage using photos of herself on the set of SYLO’s “Warehouse.”
“Spending a day helping the dearest families get their homes back is the most amazing feeling ever,” she said.
“I’m so grateful to be able to do this. Have a nice Wednesday everyone.”
A new series of ‘Sort Your Life Out’ will air on BBC1 later this year or early 2024.
