VijayawadaGoutham Reddy, Chairman of AP State Fibernet Limited, announced on Tuesday that APSFL will launch a First Day-First Show program to watch new films on their first day of release.

The new concept will be unveiled at Visakhapatnam on June 2nd. Ordinary people can watch new movies at home by paying a subscription fee.

Gowtham Reddy said the producers who make the film and the audience who watch it will benefit from the arrangement. From now on, Fibernet will give her the chance to watch new movies from the comfort of her own home.

The program is designed in the format of the first show on the first day.

Industry Minister Gudivada Amarnath will launch the program in Visakhapatnam. Hero R Sai will be in attendance along with Producer Council members C Kalyan and Rama Satyanarayana.

“We will screen the movie ‘Nilikshana’ that you can watch on APSFL.”

With the number of moviegoers increasing day by day and the rise of media like OTT, subscribers can watch new movies by paying a subscription fee of Rs.99. It was designed to be viewed live directly rather than via OTT, he said.

He said the system would be more useful for people who come to town and cannot see movies in cinemas because APSFL connection rates are already high in rural areas.

Gotham Reddy has made it clear that the policy will not cause any problems for management, theater owners and actors. “Theater owners don’t have to worry about footsteps and this approach should be considered just a theater,” he said, revealing that the film will only be screened after producers approach APSFL. .

“To bring APSFL closer to the people of AP State, we have set a target of 55,000km of OFC cable. So far, we have completed 37,000km of cable laying. A fiber net connection has been provided to the village,” he added.
